Stone tiles are about 3/4" long x 3/8" wide x 3/8" thick (20 mm x 10 mm x 10 mm). There is some variation in the size, especially length, but the size is fairly consistent within a color. The top and bottom faces are generally riven, with the other 4 faces sawn. The tiles are sold by the half pound, which will contain 40-50 tiles and cover about 12 square inches (roughly 4" x 3"). The rule of thumb for estimating coverage is to allow 5.5-6 pounds per square foot.
