About 3/4" long x 3/8" wide x 3/8" thick, with some variation especially in length, consistent within a color.
Top and bottom faces are generally riven, with the other 4 faces sawn.
Approximately 40-50 tiles in a half pound.
Estimate 5.5 to 6 lbs per square foot.
