This unique steel hammer is used for cutting and breaking stone, rocks and marble.  If you are working with these materials in their natural state, i.e. not cut into rods or rectangles, sometimes you need to break them into smaller pieces.  Depending upon the material, doing so can quickly dull a sharp cutting tip.  This hammer features a flat, blunt tip just for this purpose.  Perfect for going out of doors and gathering your own rocks and stones.
